1?064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合水光注射治疗面部皮肤老化疗效观察

　　[摘要]目的：利用VISIA观察1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光联合水光注射改善面部老化的疗效。方法：选取2019年8月-2021年2月在笔者科室就诊的女性就医者50例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各25例。治疗组接受1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗+水光注射，对照组仅接受激光治疗。治疗前及疗程结束后1个月应用VISIA皮肤检测仪评价皮肤变化，同时观察是否出现不良反应。结果：VISIA皮肤检测仪检测治疗组治疗后纹理、毛孔、棕色斑区较治疗前改善明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;对照组治疗后棕色区较治疗前改善明显（P<0.05）;治疗组纹理、毛孔及棕色区评分改善均高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组就医者均无严重不良反应。结论：1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光联合水光注射有效改善就医者面部皮肤老化症状，为临床治疗提供了一种新的联合治疗方案。

　　Efficacy of 1 064 nm Nd：YAG Laser Combined with Hyaluronic Acid Injection in the Treatment of Facial Rejuvenation

　　Abstract： Objective Use VISIA to observe the effect of 1 064nm Nd：YAG laser combined with Hyaluronic Acid injection to improve facial rejuvenation. Methods Fifty female patients who were treated in our department from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected， They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 25 cases in each group. 1 064 nm Nd：YAG laser treatment combined with hyaluronic acid injection in treatment group. The control group only received laser treatment. Before each treatment and one month after the end of the treatment， the VISIA skin tester was used to evaluate the skin changes， and observed whether there were adverse reactions. Results The texture， pores， and brown spots were all improved in treatment group after the treatment by VISIA skin tester， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The brown area in the control group was improved statistically （P<0.05）. The improvement in texture， pores and brown area in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. No serious adverse reactions in both group. Conclusion 1 064 nm Nd： YAG laser combined with Hyaluronic Acid injection can effectively improve the facial skin rejuvenation symptoms of patients and provide a new combined treatment plan for clinical treatment.

　　S着各种整形美容技术的不断改进，加上人们对面部皮肤老化的重视度越来越高，要求用各种手段改善面部皮肤老化的人群逐日增加，其中很大一部分是寻求医疗手段改善面部皮肤老化的就医者。面部皮肤老化主要是由内分泌环境的变化、紫外线照射等诸多内外因素共同作用，致使面部皮肤表现出色素不均、皱纹、毛孔粗大、皮肤松弛等一系列的临床症状[1]。2019年8月-2021年2月，笔者科室采用1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光联合美塑疗法改善面部皮肤老化症状，获得满意效果，现报道如下。
　　1 资料和方法
　　1.1 临床资料：选取2019年8月-2021年2月在笔者科室就诊的50例女性面部皮肤老化就医者。按就诊号码的奇偶随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各25例。治疗组接受Q开关1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗联合水光注射，对照组仅接受1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗。两组就医者在人数和年龄上差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
