河南某医院108例嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌临床分布及耐药分析

  摘 要 目的:了解嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的临床分布特点及耐药情况,为临床诊断嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染并及时合理选择抗生素提供实验室依据。方法:根据临床和实验室操作规程对医院分离的108份阳性标本进行实验室鉴定及K-B药敏试验,统计其临床分布及药物敏感结果。结果:嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌主要感染人群为老年人和青少年,临床分布以呼吸科、ICU、新生儿科为主,标本主要来自于痰液,细菌最敏感的药物是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、复方新诺明和左氧氟沙星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦,对亚胺培南、氨基糖苷类及大部分β内酰胺类抗菌药物呈高度耐药。结论:嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌耐药情况十分严重,要尽快建立该菌在医院的耐药谱,加强耐药监测,根据药敏试验,合理规范使用抗菌药物。

  Abstract Objective:To observe maltophilia aeromonas clinical distribution and drug resistance,in order to provide laboratory basis of maltophilia Aeromonas infections clinical diagnosis and choice an reasonable antibiotics treatment timely.Methods:108 positive samples separation in 2012~2013 were taken to laboratory identification and KB susceptibility testing based on clinical and laboratory procedures,statistic clinical distribution and drug sensitivity.Results:Maltophilia aeromonas mainly infection of the elderly and youth populations, clinical distributed mainly in the respiratory department,ICU and neonatology,Specimen mainly from the sputum,cefoperazone/Shuba Tan,cotrimoxazole and levofloxacin,piperacillin/tazobactam are the most sensitive bacterial drugs,imipenem,aminoglycosides and mostly of βlactam antimicrobial agents were highly resistant.Conclusion:Maltophilia aeromonas have very serious durg resistant.To create a resistance spectrum in the hospital as soon as possible,strengthen the resistance monitoring,use of antimicrobial drugs reasonable and standard based on susceptibility testing.
