综合性管理对介入导管室护理质量的控制效果评价

　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析综合性管理模式对控制介入导管室护理质量的应用效果。方法 将2016年1月—2018年1月该院介入导管室护理人员作为研究对象，对护理人员的护理质量及患者满意程度进行观察记录，将2017年1月—2018年1月开展综合性护理管理模式的结果视为观察组，将2016年1月—2017年1月未开展综合性护理管理模式的结果视为对照组，将两阶段结果进行对比分析。结果 观察组护理质量总分为（97.24±3.04）分、满意程度为98.53%;对照组护理质量总分为（80.04±5.45）分、满意程度为81.25%。观察组护理质量评分以及患者满意程度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合性管理模式对控制介入导管室护理质量应用效果显著，可有效提高护理人员的护理服务质量，提高患者满意程度，可在临床中推广应用。

　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive management mode on the quality of nursing interventional catheter room. Methods The nursing staff of the interventional catheter room of the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were taken as the research object. The nursing quality and patient satisfaction of the nursing staff were observed and recorded. From January 2017 to January 2018， a comprehensive results of the nursing management model were regarded as the observation group， and the results of the comprehensive nursing management model that was not carried out from January 2016 to January 2017 were regarded as the control group， and the results of the two stages were compared and analyzed. Results The total score of nursing quality in the observation group was （97.24±3.04）points and satisfaction was 98.53%; the total score of nursing quality in the control group was （80.04±5.45）points and satisfaction was 81.5%. The quality of care score and patient satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive management mode has a significant effect on the quality of nursing interventional catheterization room. It can effectively improve the quality of nursing care for nursing staff and improve patient satisfaction. It can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.

　　 介入導管室是临床治疗中较为重要的科室，主要应用于介入式手术操作，介入导管室的应用情况直接影响患者治疗成功率、恢复情况以及不良反应发生情况等，对患者治疗具有重要意义。因此介入导管室的护理质量及人员配置等方面是提高介入式手术效果的重要一环[1]。为提高该院介入导管室的护理整体水平，研究分析综合性管理模式对控制介入导管室护理质量的应用效果，该文以2016年1月—2018年1月该院介入导管室护理人员作为该组研究对象，对实施综合性管理模式前后的护理质量及患者满意程度等护理效果进行了对比分析，现报道如下。
　　1  资料与方法
　　1.1  一般资料
　　 该组研究对象来自于该院介入导管室的护理人员，共计21名护理人员，全部为女性，年龄22～40岁，平均年龄（30.2±4.1）岁，工龄2～17年，平均工龄（11.2±2.4）年;护理人员学历情况：全部护理人员中有5人中专学历、7人大专学历、9人本科学历。2017年1月—2018年1月该院介入导管室共收治680例患者;2016年1月—2017年1月该院介入导管室共收治720例患者。
